We’re hiring a Construction/Remodeling Helper or Apprentice to support experienced tradespeople with a variety of on-site tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start in the trades or looking to build on existing skills. We offer steady work, a supportive crew, and chances to move up as your skills develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and cabinet installation
- Load/unload tools and materials
- Set up and clean up job sites daily
- Measure, cut, and prep materials
- Operate power and hand tools safely (we’ll train you if needed)
- Take direction from lead carpenters and project managers
- Work safely and maintain a good attitude on site
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
- Positive work ethic, punctuality, and good communication
