ABOUT YOU
As a client-facing leader in our transformation-focused firm, you will apply deep expertise in organizational change management to help clients navigate complex transformations and achieve sustainable business results. You will partner with executives and senior leaders to shape change strategy, design and implement change programs, and build internal change capabilities.
While the majority of your work will focus on change management, you will also contribute to Lotis Blue’s full range of consulting offerings—including organization, leadership, teams, talent, and change solutions. You will be expected to bring an integrated perspective, drawing connections between change management and other focus areas to deliver holistic solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead change management workstreams or components of consulting engagements.
- Design and deliver solutions across Lotis Blue’s core focus areas: organization, talent, and change, tailoring approaches to client needs.
- Partner with the Change Acceleration service line leadership to advance our methodologies, develop intellectual capital, and mentor team members in change practices.
- Diagnose organizational readiness and stakeholder needs using data-driven and human-centered approaches.
- Design and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training, and sustainment planning.
- Build trusted relationships with client leaders, guiding them through complex decisions and change challenges.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations that drive adoption and results.
- Collaborate across practice areas and service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to business development through proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver high-quality, fact-based, and actionable work products.
- Lead or co-lead problem diagnosis, solution development, and implementation for change programs.
- Present and visualize information in ways that engage diverse audiences.
- Manage meaningful project scopes across multiple engagements, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Coach and develop other team members to elevate their change management skills.
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership, tools, and methodologies in change management.
- Support the growth of the Change Acceleration service line through innovation and client engagement.
- Model our firm’s culture and values in all interactions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in business, I/O psychology, organizational development, or related field preferred
- 5+ years post-undergraduate experience, at least 3 years in a management consulting role or internal consulting capacity, with a focus on organizational change management
- Demonstrated experience leading change management workstreams or programs in complex organizational settings
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and the ability to apply them pragmatically
- Ability to quickly learn and apply frameworks outside of immediate subject-matter expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to influence and build trust with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
Preferred
- Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Experience delivering projects in the areas of organization design, leadership, teams, and talent
- Experience in health care

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
- $141,400.00 - $212,200.00 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid, but willing to join a thriving Chicago Loop office culture at least 3 days per week. Must also be willing to travel up to 10 days per month.
