ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Analyst role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to be a key part of a team that helps government clients implement enterprise software solutions. You'll be participating in project meetings, capturing detailed notes, tracking follow-ups, supporting system configurations, and helping projects stay on track. This is a hands-on opportunity to build skills in technology consulting, project administration, and technology implementations, especially if you enjoy jumping in and making progress even when the path isn’t fully defined.
We’re looking for team players who are delivery-focused, organized, reliable, and eager to grow. The right candidate is comfortable balancing shifting client priorities, stepping in to support others when needed, and focused on meeting client deadlines and needs. Whether you’re working remotely or collaborating in person, your communication, initiative, and follow-through will make a real difference. Over time, you’ll develop a solid foundation for a career in project administration or business systems analysis.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for adaptable, action-oriented individuals who are energized by helping clients move their projects forward, especially when that means stepping in, taking ownership, and figuring things out along the way. This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with change, proactive, and eager to contribute when they’re needed.
We welcome applicants with a strong interest in project administration, business systems analysis, and technology consulting. You may be early in your career or making a pivot, but you should be naturally dependable, detail-focused, and motivated by helping others succeed. We're seeking individuals who are:

- Project-Administration Minded – Highly organized and structured, maintaining documentation, tracking action items, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Detail-Oriented & Thorough – Diligent about accuracy, careful with follow-through, and committed to producing accurate, complete work that others can rely on.
- Solution Oriented – Quick to jump in and help solve problems, even when it’s not “your task” or the issue is outside your comfort zone.
- Learning through Feedback – Comfortable in absorbing new concepts quickly, navigating ambiguity, and comfortable accepting feedback to improve performance and outcomes.
- Accountable & Self-Directed – Values and follows through on tasks and responsibilities with discipline and reliability. Meets deadlines, communicates progress clearly, and takes ownership and initiative without waiting for reminders or instructions.
- Strong Communicators – Expresses ideas and needs clearly, provides updates and visibility of progress and happenings with internal teams and clients, especially in a remote setting.
- Active Listeners with Recall – Able to absorb new information quickly, capture detailed and accurate notes from unfamiliar discussions, and ensure key decisions, action items, and follow-ups are clearly documented and completed.
- Hybrid-Ready Team Players – Comfortable working in a remote-forward environment with up to 2–3 in-person days per week at our Irvine office, depending on project and team needs.
- Balancing Priorities – Able to support multiple deadlines and shifting client priorities with professionalism and focus.

- Jump In and Add Value – Participate in internal and client meetings, take detailed notes, track follow-ups, and help clarify next steps, even when the topic is unfamiliar.
- Support Project Delivery – Own assigned tasks, assist with documentation and project coordination, and contribute to both internal and client-facing deliverables.
- Configure Software – Learn how to set up processes, business rules, and forms in government permitting software systems (no coding required).
- Troubleshoot and Problem-Solve – Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and support continuous improvement efforts for both client work and internal teams.
