Job description
What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
- Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
- Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.
- Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.
- You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
- You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills.
- You are able to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- You have a strong client focus and innovative mindset.
- You have an excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- You are knowledgeable of market trends and recruitment best practices.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
