Responsibilities
Summary
:As a Contractor Dispatcher, you will dispatch service calls to authorized network of service contractors and/or personnel by answering incoming calls and making outbound calls, interpreting contracts and taking appropriate actionResponsibilities:
Researches, identifies, and arranges with an appropriate network contractor to complete work orders that cannot be automatically dispatched.
May arrange for emergency/urgent work orders to be completed by coordinating with both customer and contractor.
May negotiate with contractors to reach agreeable terms for unusual, inconvenient, or urgent work orders.
Dispatches work orders following established guidelines.
Places outbound calls to customers; provides necessary follow-up.
Makes outbound calls and send mails to locate authorized contractors
Interprets contracts for contractors and customers.
Generates work orders using applicable software.
May assume other duties as applied.

:
Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredMinimum Experience required

This role pays between $16.00/hr to $17.00/hr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
