Overview
As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, storing and tracking contracts by locating key contract data points which trigger alerts that allow our clients not to miss crucial cancellation dates and contract end dates. You will work closely with and on behalf of our clients to ensure the vendors they partner with are compliant and following various insurance requirements, client-specific requirements, and by providing the necessary compliance documentation to each vendor.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter contract data and upload document images to the CONTROL website
- Work on behalf of our clients with various insurance agencies via email and phone to ensure vendor compliance
- Extensive communication with clients via email, phone, and video calls to build a strong relationship and navigate potential concerns that may arise.
- Provide direction and training for clients
- Follow strict and specific guidelines depending on client needs
- 35-40% of the day spent on phone calls

- Comfortable communicating on the phone with clients and vendors
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated to find the root of problems and resolve client concerns
- Strong attention to detail (being able to identify specific data within a specific document is vital)
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Knowledgeable with Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
