Position Details
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! You’ll manage contracts with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and have a knack for legal details, this role is perfect for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contracts
Draft and prepare accurate, legally sound contracts in compliance with Pro-Vac standards. Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and company policies. Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring all parties meet obligations.
Performance
Maintain a 95% compliance rate and renew 90% of contracts before expiration. Organize and maintain a detailed and accurate contract database. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Resolve contract-related issues promptly and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM) are a plus! Familiarity with stormwater, sewer maintenance, or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired. 2+ years of contract administration or related experience in the construction or environmental industry. Contract experience with municipalities a plus. Knowledge of legal principles and contract management best practices.
Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with contract management systems, MS Office Suite, and Excel.
