We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of our own recipe cookies and benne wafers. ```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of our signature cookies and benne wafers
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and taste
- Follow FDA guidelines for ingredients and temperature of ingredients
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to coordinate orders and fulfill customer requests
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Customer service skills to interact with customers and fulfill their orders
