We’re looking for a reliable, polished Receptionist to support our manufacturing office. You’ll be the face of our workplace—greeting visitors, managing communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of office experience who enjoys being in a support role, thrives in a structured environment, and brings both warmth and professionalism to the job.
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors, customers, and employees with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take and deliver accurate messages.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and front-desk logistics.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as:
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Filing (digital and paper)
- Travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Ordering office supplies
- Handle basic clerical support for leadership and HR (e.g. onboarding paperwork, file maintenance).
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as needed.
- Communicate effectively across departments to support daily operations.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or clerical role.
- Office background required; experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
- Professional, neat, and polished in appearance.
- Personable, friendly, and approachable—people enjoy interacting with you.
- Understands and respects workplace structure and hierarchy.
- Not seeking a management track—comfortable in a steady, supportive role.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to show up and get things done.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
