We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and documentation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
