Corporate Sales Business Development Member

You will lead upstream business development for a next-generation financial ecosystem. You will assess project feasibility, including legal and compliance considerations; coordinate product structuring through securitization and commercialization; and work with internal and external stakeholders. You will support executive decision-making by preparing materials, organizing key issues, and facilitating discussions focused on revenue. You will also develop financing schemes, negotiate with issuers, investors, and financial institutions, and help determine approaches for regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assess the feasibility of new project concepts, including legal and compliance considerations.
• Coordinate and advance product structuring from scheme design through securitization and commercialization.
• Collaborate continuously with Metaplanet’s business development team and develop group synergies.
• Prepare materials and organize key issues for management and board meetings.
• Lead rapid decision-making processes with executive leadership and facilitate revenue-focused management discussions.
• Escalate cross-functional issues and concerns and prioritize responses.
• Develop financing schemes and negotiate with issuers, investors, and financial institutions.
• Develop approaches for regulatory engagement and participate in discussions with regulators when needed.

Requirements

• Experience at a financial institution or experience in financial analysis at a consulting firm.
• Experience supporting executive negotiations and decision-making, including issue organization, presentation preparation, and facilitation.
• Experience developing and advancing businesses in highly uncertain environments, from hypothesis formation and feasibility validation through execution.
• Type I Securities Sales Representative qualification and Internal Control Manager qualification, or the ability to obtain them within a specified period after joining.
