Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Person to join our team. No experience necessary, just willing to learn and have a positive attitude! We'd love to have a new team member who can stay long term.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area and equipment.
- Tagging the orders came in and put the rack number to the system for complete orders
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Remind call to the customer to pick up old orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.49 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
