We are looking for friendly and kind people to serve our guests. A Counter Attendant assumes responsibility for the front portion of the restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customers are satisfied with the level of service and food. Additionally, the Counter Attendant will ensure that our guests are dining in an inviting and clean environment.
Roles:
- Taking guest food and drink orders
- Mixing drinks including smoothies
- Packing to-go orders
- Answering take-out phone orders
- Cleaning the front food service area before, during and after restaurant closes
Work Conditions:
- Standing for long periods of time
- Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 15kg
Job Requirements:
- TABC license
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer Service 1 year (preferred)
