Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a positive work atmosphere. We install fence, mailbox and light posts ranging from wood to granite. Power tools are used daily, from hand drills to jack hammers, experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations at work site to ensure completion of project
- Coordinate daily tasks.
- Delegate responsibilities.
- Report project status to supervisors.

- Ability to lift 80 plus pounds
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
