Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members. This role requires a hands-on approach, as well as proficiency in various construction tools and lawn equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of workers on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Conduct regular oversite to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in techniques and safety measures.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry, preferably as a Crew Leader or similar position.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to use lawn equipment, i.e. zero turn mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.
