Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include laser tag and putt-putt golf facilitation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities
- Check in customers for laser tag and golf games
- Operate Toast POS system for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment, dining spaces and main arena
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service industry is preferred
- Fast food service and knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
