Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by following established cleaning protocols.
- Execute custodial duties such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Engage in facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are in good stock and notify management if new supplies are needed.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in various environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning methods and custodial responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
