Job Title: Crew Member
Job Summary:
The Crew Member assists with exterior cleaning tasks, ensuring high-quality service and safety compliance. This role includes training for potential promotion to Crew Chief within a few months. No prior experience required; training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform exterior cleaning services, including pressure and soft washing.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment as trained.
Assist with job site setup and cleanup.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and Crew Chief.
Participate in Crew Chief training for future leadership opportunities.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; training provided.
Reliable personal vehicle required for transportation to job sites.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Interest in leadership and career advancement.
Compensation:
$18-$20 per hour.
