Job Title: Part-Time Tour Boat Crew Member
Location: Newport, RI (Harbor-based)
Schedule: Seasonal / Part-Time (flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings)

The Role:
As a Tour Boat Crew Member, you’re part host, part deckhand, part storyteller. You’ll welcome guests aboard, keep the boat running smoothly, and make sure every passenger leaves with a smile—and maybe a cocktail in hand.
What You’ll Do:
- Help with docking, line handling, and general vessel operations
- Greet passengers and make them feel right at home
- Take customer orders and serve beverages with a smile
- Share local knowledge and answer guest questions
- Assist the captain with safety and passenger care
- Keep the boat tidy, organized, and ready for the next adventure
What We’re Looking For:
- A people-person with great energy and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on the water (rain or shine!)
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely around the vessel
- CPR/First Aid a plus (or willing to get certified)
- Boating experience is awesome, but not required—we’ll train the right personality
