Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of crew members. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our service while adhering to operation safety standards.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Train new employees on procedures
- Assist in managing inventory levels by keeping track of equiptment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
- track employee timesheets
- Coordinate job routes efficiently
- Handle all crew member related conflicts
- Communicate with leadership during shift on all projects progress.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a crew Supervisor t or similar environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of Landscaping practices and standards.
- Familiarity with Landscaping contracts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
