We are looking for an ambitious SHIFT Manager with great leadership qualities.
We value those who offer excellent customer service, supervise food quality in a safely manner, and communicates efficiently.
Someone who presents themselves with a tidy appearance with good hygiene and has a positive, energetic attitude, and is dependable, coachable, hard working person who takes initiative.
Essential responsibilities:
Ensure that the restaurant is able to perform its core functions in serving and hosting all customers while supporting and leading other team members.
Continual pursue of team cohesion, personnel development and the improvement of our customer service.
