Specialist with German - Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Providing customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information about products, services, orders, and company processes.
• Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions.
• Processing customer requests and updating information in internal systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Cooperating with internal departments to resolve more complex customer cases.
• Following established customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Identifying recurring customer issues and providing feedback to improve processes.
• Supporting other administrative and customer-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Fluent German, both written and spoken (B2+)
• Good command of English or Polish.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/customer service systems.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
