Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with orders and subscriptions. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding products, orders, and subscriptions.
- Provide clear and professional responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying orders.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
