Powerhouse Home and Commercial Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help support our current CSR Staff. The ideal candidate for this position is a responsible individual who has excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate has experience working in an office setting and will be comfortable working in both a busy and relaxed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
- Problem solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
