About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, passionate, and caring General Manager to lead our YourPie Pizza location in Norfolk. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
- Train and motivate team members
- Manage labor, inventory, and food cost targets
- Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards
- Foster a positive and productive work culture
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and people
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
