JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

COMPENSATION: Base 70k-80k, Participation in the Corporate Bonus Plan with the potential to earn up to 20% of your base salary. Payout is based on individual performance and the financial health of the company, $400 monthly medical contribution.
- This role is 100% in-office to start, based at our headquarters. After 6 months of successful performance and demonstrated reliability, the individual in the role may be eligible to work remotely up to one day per week. PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand growth and customer engagement across CCG’s diverse restaurant portfolio. Through strategic marketing initiatives, this role enhances brand visibility, fosters community connections, and increases sales across digital and traditional channels. By blending data-driven insights, creative storytelling, and deep market understanding, the Marketing Manager ensures that CCG’s brands resonate with guests, positioning the company as a leader in the culinary scene.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to maximize organic search traffic.
- Analyze and monitor marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical issues on Bentobox and PopMenu, ensuring efficient resolutions.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital and print assets, website content, and social media.
- Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, coordinating events, promotions, and local store marketing efforts.
- Continuously assess market trends to adapt and refine marketing plans.
- Organize and manage promotional events, including offsite activities, to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Local Store Marketing (LSM) program focused on local outreach and grassroots engagement.
- Create and maintain store-specific marketing assets for catering, events, and holiday promotions.
- Use platforms like PopMenu or Bentobox to create supportive web pages for local promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize LSM strategies.
- Attend pop-ups and events to capture promotional imagery for future marketing.
- Utilize Monday.com for project tracking, ensuring timely responses and clear communication of expectations.
- Plan and schedule social media campaigns using Social Pilot. Manage multiple marketing initiatives concurrently, adhering to deadlines and budget requirements.
- Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and reporting to track ROI and optimize campaign strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive opportunities (e.g., neighborhood-specific brunch, lunch, and happy hour insights).
- Use customer satisfaction surveys, Google, Yelp reviews, and social listening tools to understand customer preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and demographic shifts to inform CCG’s marketing direction.
- Report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
- Familiarity with Google My Business, Mailchimp, PopMenu, Bentobox, and OpenTable is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing management, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
