Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven Custom Jewelry Designer to join our team. At Pampillonia Jewelers, you will play a pivotal role in building long-lasting relationships with clients, helping them select and create fine jewelry pieces that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate Sales: Actively contribute to the sales floor by presenting custom design services as a unique value proposition. Support and complement the sales team by offering creative solutions tailored to client needs.
· Job Management: Oversee all aspects of the custom design process from initial concept through final delivery. Maintain clear records, timelines, and updates to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
· Repair Intake: Receive and evaluate repair items from clients. Document conditions, create intake tickets, and communicate clearly with both clients and the workshop team.
· Custom Intake: Guide clients through the custom design intake process, including concept development, material selection, and timeline expectations. Ensure all necessary design and production information is captured accurately.
· Sell Stock Jewelry: Confidently present and sell pieces from existing inventory, offering styling expertise and thoughtful recommendations.
· Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the design and repair process. Provide updates, answer questions, and ensure timelines and expectations are met.
· Manage Client Review & Client Goods: Schedule and conduct final review appointments. Facilitate quality checks, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle the safe return or storage of any client-owned goods.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in jewelry design and repair intake, preferably within luxury retail or fine jewelry.
· Portfolio required.
· Passion for jewelry, fashion, and delivering world-class customer service.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
· Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
