About the Opportunity:
RMI is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we?re looking for a motivated Customer Care Associate to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is the perfect entry point into our company, offering a structured training program that builds a strong foundation for long-term career success.
What You?ll Do:
Input customer orders with accuracy into our CRM (SAP) system
Track and manage order progress through to completion
Respond to inquiries about orders, products, returns, and shipping via phone and email
Ensure efficient and accurate workflow throughout the order process
Develop strong customer relationships through proactive, solutions-oriented communication
What We?re Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and personal accountability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus?but we?re happy to train the right person
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $18?$20/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Mon?Thu: 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM daily
