Customer Relations Manager
First State Building & Design (FSBD), is a premier home renovation company located in Chadds Ford, PA, is looking for a customer-focused, enthusiastic and self-motivated customer service professional to support our growing organization.
The ideal candidate brings an absolute positive energy to this role – an individual with an exceptionally pleasant demeanor that is highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to lead our customer service to keep it running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of customer relation experience…more a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- MUST be technically proficient with computers, including Word and Excel. Adept at learning new technologies
- MUST be highly organized in order to maintain current status of all projects that are sold and/or in production to successfully complete your responsibilities.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work

Responsibilities:
- Provide key support to our organization for all customer service needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions and concerns
- Engage with customers with an inviting, friendly, positive attitude at all times to ensure satisfaction and consistently provide professional customer support
- Acknowledge and respond promptly to all queries immediately within 24 hours
- Take a proactive approach to provide answers and resolutions
- Communicate, coordinate and collaborate as key liaison between clients and team members to execute and maintain all service support needs

- Track and follow through on all queries and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Build rapport with clients by initiating points of contact during the pre-production phase to keep them up to date on their project progress
- Conduct mid-point check-ins during the production phase to determine how the installation of their project is going
- Process warranty claims
- Execute periodic administrative requests from senior managers
- Serves as a backup to other departments and team members when necessary
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and understanding of our products, services and processes
- Provide feedback for improvement recommendations to create process efficiencies
