About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Logistics Analyst to support customer order management, supply chain coordination, and retail operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining customer demand requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional service to retail customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within retail, logistics, customer operations, or supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer order processing and order management activities.
• Understand customer demand patterns, including replenishment cycles, promotional activities, and product line resets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
• Review inbound EDI orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between customer purchase orders and ERP system data.
• Process and accurately enter non-EDI customer purchase orders into the system.
• Coordinate with sales teams and account representatives to modify orders based on product availability and shipping requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and order records.
• Support operational improvements to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order fulfillment performance and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Prepare reports and analysis to support supply chain and customer service decision-making.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with major retailers is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of retailer portals, customer systems, and online ordering platforms.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings to align with US-based operations.
