- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with client services standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude in all communications.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with call center operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
