Customer Service And Sale Specialist
We are excited to find a new team member to join our growing company. The position will require 30-40 hours a week. You will work remotely from home. You will need to have internet access and will be required to attend virtual meetings, camera on!
Our company provides services to the medical sector with programs and applications that allow the medical offices to increase their efficiencies. We support hundreds of locations across North America and Canada with remote staff working from home.
The successful individual will possess the following skills and attributes.
Skills and Attributes
Exceptional Telephone Manner - you will speak daily with clients and potential clients.
Positive Attitude - You will need to maintain positivity for the duration of your workday.
Great Negotiator - There will be online and telephone meetings that will require you to understand the needs of those you meet. You will need to adapt and negotiate accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management systems - We use a Pipedrive CRM and will require you to enter and review data along with running reports.
Process Orientated - Comprehends the need for timely completion of tasks in an orderly fashion
Loves Achieving Goals - We are looking for someone who understands the importance of setting and achieving goals and is driven by success.
Not essential but additional skills that could be helpful.
- Social Media interactions
- Good understanding of G-Suite
- Operating knowledge of Ring Central
Remuneration
Good base hourly rate with bonus potential.
Some benefits available after qualifying period.
