What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients who have requested information about gold and silver investments.
- Qualify and schedule appointments for our senior account executives.
- Follow scripts and call flow guidelines with energy, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Log call details and lead status in CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required).
- Support client engagement and help create a seamless experience.
