What You'll Do:
- Warmly welcome customers and deliver exceptional service both in-person and over the phone.
- Help customers choose baked goods, take orders, and handle payments smoothly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including weighing, pricing, and packaging products.
- Restock shelves and keep your workspace neat and tidy.
- Be available to work on weekends and holidays.
- Enjoy flexible part-time shifts, including mornings and evenings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to connect with customers.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
