Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred, ideally in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer support software; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
