Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator at KalBlue Group is a customer facing professional who is responsible for greeting customers, creating estimates, creating orders, and following up with customers. Professional face to face, email, and phone communication skills are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicate with customers clearly and concisely to collect job and project details to successfully complete estimates and orders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in-person and via email and phone with customers.
- Greet and help customers and visitors who visit KalBlue, including picking up orders and cashing them out.
- Ensure a positive client experience is always a focus by approaching every opportunity with a positive can-do attitude.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Education and experience preferred to succeed at this position.
- High school diploma.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- One year industry related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, comprehend, and respond in person and via phone and email. Ability to write and discuss correspondence that clearly communicates project information and details with customers and teammates. Ability to effectively review information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and team members.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in basic units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and verbal form. Ability to deal with challenges while working with customers.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a basic knowledge of PC operating systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat. KalBlue will provide training on all proprietary software used in-house including Cyrious Control.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and color vision. The employee cannot be color blind.
The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to pounds.

The work environment is clean, climate controlled, and well lit and the noise level in the work environment is usually low.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
