Summary
As a Restaurant Staff member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction..
- You will operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest inquiries.
- Uphold food safety practices and adhere to restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with computer systems
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Experience with craft beer and dining service is a plus, but can train
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
- Neat and professional appearance is extremely important
