About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, problem-solve, and maintain a customer-first attitude will be essential as you address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance satisfaction across various digital communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product or service questions and resolve issues while ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Provide accurate information regarding company policies, services, and processes to customers.
- Utilize internal tools and systems to document and track customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Identify common customer pain points and make recommendations to improve products, services, or support processes.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training or a related certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital or online environment.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with customer service tools such as ticketing systems, live chat software, or CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations or tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Availability to work full-time, including some weekends or evenings, based on scheduling needs.
The pay range for this role is:
24.05 - 33.90 USD per hour(Remote (Gilbert, Arizona, US))
