You will be responsible for supervising gaming activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Oversee gaming operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including transactions and balancing cash drawers.
- Utilize basic math skills to accurately calculate payouts and manage game-related finances.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
- Implement conflict management strategies to handle disputes or concerns among guests or staff.
- Foster a positive customer service environment, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty from guests.
- Ensure compliance with casino regulations and company policies at all times.
