Position: Customer Service / Host
Location:
- 12901 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood
- 6728 San Fernando Rd, Glendale
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Manage in-store traffic and maintain a calm, beautiful atmosphere
- Handle phone, text, and online inquiries with grace
- Help coordinate order pickups, deliveries, and customer flow
- Collaborate with our floral and design team to ensure a seamless client experience
You Are:
- Friendly, poised, and well-spoken
- Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
- Fluent in English (bonus if also Armenian, Russian, or Spanish)
- Passionate about flowers, celebrations, and customer service
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
