Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
• Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our offerings and customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
