Job Duties:
- Primary responsibility is processing customer renewal letters. Follow up via phone and email. Will train technical product informaiton. Candidate must be comfrotable on phone.
- Back up Customer Serivce for all order processing responsbilities.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Call on customers with past due payments. Detailed documentation of call including actions items and any follow up if applicable.
- Additional duties as directed by management.
