We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Rep with proven experience in the Signs, Prints / Graphics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving existing customers, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through the sale of signs and printing solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Signs, Prints / Graphics industry.
- Knowledge of large format printing, digital printing, vinyl graphics, banners, vehicle wraps, custom signage, Apparel printing etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In depth Knowledge of doing site survey
- Willing to drive around for meetings, presentations and site surveys at any time
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Closing deals on assigned leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate signage and print solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product samples.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background / education in graphic design or print production.
- 2+ years of customer service / sales experience in Signs, Prints & Graphics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and signage terminology is a plus.
- Familiarity with estimating software or print management systems.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
