Job Description:
In this role, you will be joining Broadcom’s Global Customer Assistance team. We are Broadcom's front line, providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Additionally, this role will be part of the Licensing/Provisioning team, handling complex provisioning issues and manual generation of license keys, which directly impacts the flow of revenue.
Key strengths for this role would be motivated, keen to learn, strong customer service and problem-solving skills; someone who embraces challenges and enjoys supporting colleagues.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will:
  • Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales customer/distributor services, fast turn-around time for price quotations, administrative solutions, and consulting to benefit Broadcom customers/distributors.
  • Act as liaison between customers/distributors and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer/distributor inquiries.
  • Responsible for policies, processes and systems in area of program or process ownership.
  • Responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area
  • Regularly participate in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member
  • Proactively identify important issues and risks; seek the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes
  • Work on problems of moderate scope, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Develop professional expertise, apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues and master most of the basic job duties. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Customer engagements include live chats and phone call, as well as requests via the case management system.
Supervision : Incumbents are still occasionally directed in several aspects of their work, however, more straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance.
Experience : Bachelors and 2+ years of related experience or Masters degree and no experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $83,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
