Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Process cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, as well as experience in client services.
- Ability to demonstrate analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
