We’re Hiring for Multiple Key Roles:
- Project Managers – Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Controller – Oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights.
- Project Engineers – Support project teams with coordination, submittals, RFIs, documentation, and schedule tracking.
- Superintendents – Manage field operations, ensure safety compliance, coordinate trades, and deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial construction (minimum 3+ years for Project Managers & Superintendents; 1–3 years for Project Engineers)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and budgets effectively
- For Controller: CPA preferred, experience in construction accounting and software such as Sage, Viewpoint, Deltek/ComputerEase etc.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and industry best practices
- Strong working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project.

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
