You’ll work closely with our Production Manager, Office Manager, and Sales Manager—playing a key role in keeping operations organized, customers informed, and our team moving forward. This is a dynamic position where your input and initiative truly make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls and providing knowledgeable, friendly support
- Assisting past and current customers with quotes, follow-ups, and service updates
- Performing data entry for job scheduling, customer profiles, and estimates
- Helping with light sales tasks and upselling when appropriate
- Collaborating daily with key team members to meet goals and improve systems
- Problem-solving on the fly and jumping in where needed
