The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing professional and prompt in-person, telephone and email service to our clients.

CSR Responsibilities:
- Delivering professional and timely customer service via in-person, phone, and email interaction.
- Process paperwork accurately including general billing, purchase orders, product returns
- Create and follow up on customer quotes.
- Maintaining a focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Managing inventory awareness and ensuring accuracy.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience or equivalent education in a related field.
- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Possess the willingness and aptitude to learn the many Burlington Glass/Granite State Glass protocols designed to give our clients the best experience.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient with computer systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
- Motivation to learn and grow within the organization.
- Rotating Saturday shift from 8am to Noon.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy retail sales environment where the CSR will work as an integral team member to meet goals and deliver the best customer service. The ability to quickly build rapport with customers to understand their needs is essential.
