Your Role:
At Group Bayport, our goal is to provide a world-class customer experience while accelerating sales growth across our global e-commerce markets—particularly in the Print, Signage, Display, Covers, and Tarps segments, with a strong focus on the US. We’re seeking a Customer Experience Advisor with a proven sales background to join our dynamic team and support both B2B and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Sales Inquiries: Respond to B2C and B2B Pre and Post Sale inquiries via phone, email, and chat with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide Product Insights: Offer accurate, clear, and compelling product/service information tailored to customer needs.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with US and global customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Resolve Issues Effectively: Manage and resolve escalated concerns swiftly, ensuring a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences with empathy, clarity, and urgency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
- Track & Report Performance: Monitor key sales and support metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Support Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies for the US and international markets.
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and B2C/B2B sales/support roles.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
- A track record of delivering results in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
- A high level of empathy, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, customer service software, and digital platforms.
- Flexibility to work a roster-based schedule and support a global customer base.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales tools.
- Understanding of Print, Signage, Display, Covers and Tarps market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Experience supporting global expansion projects and handling international customers.
