We provide high quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming, bathing and professional dog training services. We also provide retail with our Harmony Pet Supplies Store.

The following is a list of major duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative position along with certain supportive duties to ensure our guests are Safe, Happy & Healthy. This is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed. Your job is to ensure excellent pet care, customer service and smooth operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Customer Service
- Answer each phone call as soon as possible with a smile. In the event of an emergency, ask the customer if you can place them on a brief hold to assist the customer in front of you.
- Regularly check the email for voicemails or messages from customers.
- Be sure to never use "bad" words while on the phone with a client and answer all questions they may have based on Company Policy.
- Respond professionally via phone call and text message when engaging with a customer.
- Greet every person as they walk through the door and ask how they may be helped so they know you're ready and able to assist with whatever they may need.
- Asks customers who are purchasing pet food if they are in our loyalty program or if they would like to be.
- Ask each customer if they would like assistance with taking their items to their vehicle.
- Perform accurate and complete client arrival and departure procedures.
- Call veterinarians for vaccination records.
Dog Handling
- Ensure all pets entering the facility are appropriately containes (e.g. leashed, crated or carried).
- Utilize company slip leads as needed to create a safe environment.
Cleaning & Organization
- Clean and sanitize customer areas including but not limited to lobby, public restroom and store front.
- Ensure pet food bags are always rotated to find the closest expiration date in front.
- Perform monthly checks on all merchandise to stay ahead of expiring product.
- Restock pet food and treat shelves daily.
- Follow through with daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two years of customer service expierence.
- Six months to one year of experience caring for pets (either work experience or personal pet experience).
- Strong communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs for daily use.
- Ability to multitask and maintain employee-client confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively work with customer software systems.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Lift 50-75lbs.
- Walk regularly throughout the day, bending and lifting several times a day.
- Flexibility - Flexibility to work early hours, late hours, holidays, and weekends.

Some inside sales success preferred. Candidates who are successful in this position may have previous experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, inbound sales representative, reservation agent, and phone sales representative.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
